Ward, Topper Announce Funding to Bridge Digital Divide through Device Access in Fulton County
Sen. Judy Ward (R-30) and Rep. Jesse Topper (R-78) today announced the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) has awarded 25 laptops to the Fulton County Library and 25 to the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11 through the Digital Connectivity Technology Program (DCTP).
