HOUSE BILL 1058 (KRAJEWSKI): Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require courts to direct the county agency or the juvenile probation department to give notice of a hearing in a child custody case to those who wish to provide kinship care to the child. Those seeking to provide kinship care must meet the requirements necessary to serve as an emergency caregiver.
