SB 983 (DiSanto) – Amends the Newborn Child Testing Act by improving newborn health screenings and establishing a testing fee.
Amendment A07276 (DiSanto). Removes the fee-based approach and mandates screening of conditions in the supplemental panel.
SB 1279 (Mensch) – Creates a stand-alone act providing for essential family caregivers in facilities during a state of disaster emergency.
Amendment A07188 (Mensch). Technical in nature. Revises the definition of “Secretary” to also include the Secretary of Human Services.
